Our Story

From sub to developer.


HSH Contractor was founded in 2011 as a drywall and framing subcontractor. For years, CEO Erik Liber watched from the inside as project after project stalled — not from lack of skill, but from fragmentation. Too many parties. No single point of accountability. Reactive firefighting where proactive planning should have been.


The answer wasn't to work harder. It was to integrate. Today, HSH oversees every phase of development — from land acquisition and site work to final occupancy. One team. Total oversight. Every time.


That transformation — from unknown subcontractor to regional developer — is the story we're still writing.

Our goal: make HSH the employer that students from East Palestine, Lisbon, Beaver Local, Crestview, and beyond aspire to join straight out of high school — because they've already been here.
